Ctrl-shift P -> Type Browse Packages -> enter Windows explorer should pop up. Browse one level up to Sublime main folder and you should see 1 ) Installed Packages 2 ) Local 3 ) Packages Browse to "Installed Packages" Download packagecontrol.io/Package%20Control.sublime-package to "Installed Package" folder Restart Sublime Text Go to Preferences -> Package Control -> Package Control: Install Packages -> FileBrowser The lower left corner should show you "install successfully" message After installation, ctrl-shift p and type "browser" A tab should appear at the bottom of the screen, allowing you to specify the directory to browse to.
