Assuming the network card is eth4 and wireless card is wlan5, edit /etc/network/interfaces. Wlan5 is turned off to prevent network-manager from updating the network setting.
auto eth4
iface eth4 inet manual
up ifconfig eth4 promisc up
down ifconfig eth4 promisc down
iface wlan5 inet manual
For temporary setting:
ip link set eth4 promisc on
auto eth4
iface eth4 inet manual
up ifconfig eth4 promisc up
down ifconfig eth4 promisc down
iface wlan5 inet manual
